Excitement is building at Presbyterian Village North (PVN) as “Your Future to Paint” has officially begun, giving Priority Members an exclusive first look at The Landmark at PVN, the community’s highly anticipated new Independent Living expansion.
A total of 115 households attended one of six in-person First Look Seminars or participated virtually via Zoom. The popularity of these seminars represented strong engagement from the 155 Priority Member households invited to attend. For those unable to join due to scheduling conflicts, presentations were shared virtually and binders containing information about what this expansion will offer current and future residents were mailed or presented during one-on-one meetings.
“The response has been remarkable, with strong interest from Priority Members and many already indicating they are leaning toward making a reservation,” Heather Porch, PVN Director of Sales and Marketing, said. “We expect the reservation process is expected to begin near the end of July.”
Momentum continues to build as anticipation about The Landmark grows with a goal of reaching 70% pre-sold by the end of October.
