Positive Teammate Post date January 13, 2021 Dear residents, families and teammates, In our routine teammate testing we identified an individual working in skilled nursing that tested positive for COVID-19. Their last day worked was Jan. 11. We are conducting contact tracing to identify any individuals that had potential contact with this teammate. It is important that while the metroplex is in the midst of these unprecedented coronavirus numbers, we remain diligent in practicing safety precautions. Please continue to adhere to CDC recommended protocols: Wear a mask, physically distance, self-report when you feel ill and wash your hands often.
