Positive Teammates Post date November 19, 2020 Dear resident, families and teammates, As part of our preventive testing, we identified three teammates in the Transitional Rehab Center (TRC) who tested positive for the virus. The teammates include two nurses and one receptionist. Each teammate was asymptomatic at the time of their test. Both nurses’ last day worked was Nov. 15 and the receptionist’s last day was Nov. 17. All residents in the TRC were already tested and all tests came back negative. As we prepare for Thanksgiving, remember the CDC recommends when gathering in groups, maintain a distance of six feet, wear a face mask unless eating and practice proper hand hygiene.
