PVN Team Earns Top Honors at National Senior Living Symposium

The Presbyterian Village North (PVN) sales and marketing team recently returned from the 15th Annual Greenbrier Development Sales and Marketing Symposium in Las Vegas with more than new ideas and inspiration. The team was also recognized with two major honors during the event’s awards presentation, receiving awards for Most Valuable Expansion Team and Highest Number of Priority Deposits.

Representing PVN at the symposium were Heather Porch, Director of Sales and Marketing, along with teammates Heather Gibson, Residential Sales Associate and Krysten Creen, Residential Sales Manager.

The symposium was held at the Vdara Hotel and Spa and brought together more than 35 sales, marketing and leadership professionals from Greenbrier partner communities across the country to discuss innovation, leadership and the future of aging services.

For the PVN team, the awards reflected the momentum surrounding the community’s continued growth and expansion efforts, as well as the strong relationships built with prospective residents and families throughout the process.

Throughout the two-day event, attendees explored market-driven strategies, evolving expectations among future senior living residents and the growing role artificial intelligence may play within the industry.

One of the symposium’s primary themes focused on how AI can support the work of senior living professionals while preserving the personal connections that remain central to senior living. Keynote speaker Jordache Johnson led sessions titled “Changing the Odds: How AI Amplifies What Makes You Irreplaceable,” encouraging attendees to consider how technology can strengthen communication, preparation and relationship-building.

Additional sessions featured insights from Bob Kramer on the future of aging services and emerging opportunities within a rapidly evolving senior living landscape.

“It was a great opportunity to network with our peers and learn about the future of senior living and how AI and the sales world will collide,” Porch said. “We were given wonderful insight into how the future generation of active adults will want to focus on what their next stage is, not considering their end stage. It was exciting and encouraging to hear as we embark on this next phase of growth for PVN.”

The symposium also included networking and team-building events at Topgolf Las Vegas and Mastro’s Ocean Club.

As Presbyterian Village North continues to evolve and grow, recognition like these awards highlights the dedication of the sales and marketing team and the strong interest surrounding the community’s future.
