Fun, Games and Cheers at PVN Teammate Town Hall Meeting

Presbyterian Village North (PVN) teammates gathered in McGowan Auditorium on January 24 for the first Town Hall meeting of the year. During the meeting, teammates with anniversaries in the first quarter of 2023 were recognized for their years of service, with Jose Trejo in the Building Services Department, earning recognition for the longest tenure this quarter – an impressive 38 years at PVN!

In addition to celebrating loyalty, several teammates were acknowledged for going above and beyond and receiving “Moment Maker” awards. Residents, families and teammates are encouraged to complete a “Moment Maker” form to describe a teammate’s effort and the core value they have shown through their actions. Once the form is completed, it is submitted to PVN leadership, who make special mention of their success during group meetings, such as the Town Hall.

Each team member in attendance at the meeting received a raffle ticket to enter a drawing for various prizes, including a $200 gift card given at the end of the event.

Members of PVN leadership, and Forefront Living CEO, Tim Mallad, addressed the group by thanking them for their hard work and dedication. Several games were played to facilitate team members getting to know each other and to encourage teamwork. The highlight of the meeting was the PVN Cheer Squad made up of enthusiastic residents, including: Diane Walker, Pam Southern, Betty Birkner and Barbara Bartolomeo, led the group in a spirited cheer!

Teammate Town Hall meetings take place quarterly and include team-building activities, leadership training, company-wide updates, recognition, prizes and more! Click here to be notified of open positions at PVN – we would love to have you join our family!
