A Gourd Time at the Fall Festival

Presbyterian Village North (PVN) residents and teammates kicked off the fall season at the Second Annual PVN Fall Festival on Friday, Oct. 24. Residents danced to live music provided by City Lights Band while others painted pumpkins or played traditional carnival games, such as corn hole, candy guess and ring toss. Festivalgoers could commemorate the afternoon with a caricature portrait sketched by an on-site artist or at an entertaining photo booth. A variety of sweet and savory treats were available for all to enjoy including a margarita machine, cotton candy maker and a visit from the Tongue In Cheek Ice Cream truck.

In addition to the games, residents lined up to soak some of their favorite PVN teammates in the dunk tank! These brave souls took the frigid dunk tank plunge: Dustin Allen, Alex Givens, Wendy Van Bemmel and Ava Verdeflor. We are thank-fall for everyone who helped make the PVN Fall Festival a gourd time!
