Wellness University 2025: A Season of Connection, Discovery and Vibrant Living

Presbyterian Village North (PVN) is proud to launch its 14th Annual Wellness University — a beloved nine-week tradition that celebrates well-being, personal growth and community connection. This year’s program, running from July 1 through August 29, is centered around the theme Always Empower for Wellness: Air, Earth, Fire, Water. It’s a fresh take on wellness inspired by the Four Elements, thoughtfully paired with the Five Dimensions of Wellness: Physical, Social, Intellectual/Vocational, Spiritual/Emotional and Environmental.

From creative workshops and engaging presentations to outdoor adventures and group fitness classes, this year’s offerings are designed to elevate the mind, body and spirit. Residents can join as many (or as few) activities as they like. Those who complete 45 or more activities will receive an invitation to the Wellness University Celebration Lunch on September 5 — an exciting finale to a summer well spent.

Why 45? In addition to celebrating wellness, we’re also honoring PVN’s 45th anniversary this year — a meaningful milestone that deserves to be marked with energy, enthusiasm and shared experiences.

Each activity in the Wellness University handbook is marked with a symbol representing one of the Four Elements to guide residents through their wellness journey:

  • Air – Social and Intellectual/Vocational
  • Earth – Environmental
  • Fire – Physical
  • Water – Spiritual/Emotional

There are a variety of events across these categories — from brain teasers and educational talks to nature walks, water-based workouts and reflective group gatherings. The goal? To encourage variety, spark curiosity and strengthen connections throughout the community.

As always, Wellness University is about more than attending events — it’s about creating moments of joy, growth and connection. Let the journey begin!
