Erik Stephens
Erik began his career as a swimming pool contractor in Southern California before selling his business to begin his 15-year Marriott International career. It’s there that Erik opened 3 new hotels and ran 4 others as the Director of Engineering, where he was the leader in the hotel market for engineering scores and budget scores. Erik’s knowledge background is in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing). In May of 2022, Erik joined the PVN family, and he embraced the community and culture.
Erik is married and has 2 boys that he enjoys coaching in sports. Erik’s hobbies are watching sports and spending time with his family.

Laura Strickland
Laura joined PVN in December of 2022, bringing over 12 years’ experience in the senior living industry. She oversees the Human Resources team where, together, their mission is “Serving those who Serve our Residents.” Laura believes it is critical that our employees know they are provided the support and environment where they can thrive, which in turn allows our residents to live and thrive their way throughout the community.
When Laura is not working, she spends most of her free time with what she affectionately calls her “Farmily.” She lives on 14 acres southeast of the Dallas area and enjoys spending time gardening and taking care of her farm animals.
