Forefront Living is pleased to welcome Yvette Wiggins, R.N., CDP, CALM as Assisted Living Director for Presbyterian Village North (PVN). With a deep commitment to quality care and a passion for serving seniors, Yvette brings more than two decades of experience in senior living, making her an invaluable addition to our leadership team. Inspired by PVN’s exceptional reputation and the strength of its team, Yvette is eager to continue growing a culture of excellence in customer service and resident-centered care.
Yvette’s career began in 2004, serving in a variety of clinical roles including Certified Nursing Aide, Licensed Vocational Nurse and Registered Nurse before accepting her first Director of Nursing position in 2013. For the past three years, she has dedicated herself to leadership in assisted living, with a strong focus on compassionate care and operational excellence.
Yvette is board-certified in Geriatric Nursing, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a Certified Assisted Living Manager and a CPR Instructor. Her experience and credentials reflect her commitment to lifelong learning and professional development in the field of aging services.
Born in Madrid, Spain, to parents who both served in the U.S. Air Force, Yvette had the opportunity to live and travel across many destinations during her early years—an experience that helped shape her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She has called Texas home since 1982 and is proud to serve the community here.
Outside of work, Yvette enjoys running (especially half-marathons), spending time with her family, traveling, attending sporting events and enjoying fine dining. She’s an enthusiastic fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns (Hook ‘Em!). She is a proud mother of two sons and grandmother to two grandsons.
