Rehabilitation services
Physical Therapy
Improves overall function, strength, musculoskeletal health and mobility. It can also help address joint and muscle pain, neuro-muscular affliction, balance and post-operative care for swelling, range of motion and strength.
Occupational Therapy
Improves an individual’s ability to successfully complete typical daily activities, such as bathing, dressing and grooming, using the bathroom, eating, home management and meal preparation.
Speech Therapy
Helps restore and maintain all aspects of communication, including listening, reading, writing and language interpretation. May also assist with chewing and swallowing abilities.

Fees & Insurance
To participate in any of our outpatient rehabilitation programs, you must have an order from your physician. We accept patients covered by Medicare Part B, most managed care plans and those electing to pay privately. We can reach out for physician’s orders and verify insurance benefits on your behalf for easier access to services.
