shannon radford promoted to pvn associate executive director

Forefront Living is pleased to announce that Shannon Radford has been promoted to Associate Executive Director at Presbyterian Village North (PVN). With more than 20 years of experience at PVN, her journey reflects deep commitment, strong relationships and a lasting impact on the community.

“Shannon’s promotion into the Associate Executive Director role at PVN is a great example of hard work and commitment paying off.” Dustin Allen, PVN Executive Director, said. “Shannon has a very bright future in senior living, and this is another step in her journey.  We are all very proud and excited for her and what she will bring to this position.”

Shannon joined PVN at just 21 years old and helped launch the Wellness Department from the ground up. What began with little experience and a lot of determination grew into a dynamic, resident-centered program focused on physical, emotional and social well-being.

Over the years, her view of wellness has expanded to emphasize inclusivity and lifelong engagement. She has taken pride not only in the programs she built, but in the people she mentored.

At the heart of Shannon’s work is a passion for connection. She is especially driven to help residents rediscover purpose and belonging, creating moments that bring light back into their lives. That same passion has shaped PVN’s wellness culture, known for its creativity and variety, with programming that goes far beyond traditional fitness.

In her new role, Shannon looks forward to supporting the broader community in new ways. Her goal is to help make sure every resident has the opportunity to thrive.

“It’s truly an honor to step into this role and work alongside some of the very best in senior living. What makes PVN so special is our residents and teammates, and I’m excited to continue supporting and growing high performing teams across the community.” Shannon said. “I’ve always been passionate about innovation, resident satisfaction, operational efficiency and creating strong processes – but most importantly, mentorship and helping our teammates grow. We’re incredibly fortunate to be part of an organization that genuinely believes in developing its people, and I’m grateful to be a reflection of that commitment. Here’s to the next chapter and another 20 years at PVN!”

From building a department to stepping into executive leadership, Shannon’s story is a testament to growth, heart and the power of showing up for others every day.
