We are pleased to announce that Tierra Palmer has joined the Forefront Living (FL) team as Director of Healthcare at Presbyterian Village North (PVN), where she serves as the administrator for the Transitional Rehabilitation Center (TRC). Her responsibilities encompass oversight of resident care and the admission process, budget management as well as teammate relations. She strives to ensure that residents receive the best care experience possible. In her role, Tierra looks forward to establishing new partnerships that enhance PVN’s already excellent reputation and she is excited to work with an amazing team.
“I am honored by the opportunity to bring my drive and passion for healthcare to Forefront Living. I am eager to contribute my skills and expertise to help advance our mission and make a positive impact on patient care,” said Tierra.
Tierra joined FL in February with nearly seventeen years of experience in senior living and healthcare management, most recently serving as a healthcare consultant at Guidepoint. Prior to this role, she held key positions at Rambling Oaks Courtyard, a senior living community in Highland Village, Texas, and at Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan, a skilled nursing care facility, in Rapid City, South Dakota. She also served in the US Navy Reserve for eight years as an aviation electrician and a career counselor.
Tierra is a Midwest native, born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She began her healthcare career working as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in memory care, where she discovered her passion for caring for others. Tierra and her husband, Dejuan, have been married for twelve years. The couple has two daughters, Tamia, age 4, and Jade, age 2. The girls keep their parents very busy in the best way! In her free time, Tierra enjoys travel, photography and dining at new restaurants. Her favorite vacation destination is the Maldives.
Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Tierra to the Forefront Living family!
