Resident Exposure Reminder

Dear Independent Living Residents and Families,

Active COVID-19 cases remain high in Dallas County. With the holiday season upon us and frequent gatherings of friends and families occurring, it is important to remain diligent in communicating COVID-19 exposures to the appropriate Presbyterian Village North (PVN) teammate immediately.

If you were in close contact with someone who is positive for COVID-19, you must receive a test within three to five days after your last exposure to them. In the interim we ask that you do not use the PVN common areas. If symptoms develop after the initial test, individuals need to test again and stay home. Any time one receives a positive test result, they must adhere to isolation recommendations for their specific circumstance. Tests may be obtained by contacting Shannon Radford at SRadford@ForefrontLiving.org or by calling (214) 355-9068.

If you become exposed to COVID-19 or begin to feel ill, please report the exposure or symptoms immediately to Lisa Englander at LEnglander@ForefrontLiving.org or (214) 355-9033.

Mask wearing continues to be the best way to protect yourself and is highly recommended when in public or group events, especially for those with chronic health conditions. We appreciate your dedication to protecting the health and safety of our residents and teammates.

Sincerely,

Kim Cook
Corporate Director of Health Services
