Positive Teammate Post date August 19, 2021 Dear residents, families and teammates, We identified a dining teammate working in the Transitional Rehabilitation Center (TRC) that tested positive for the virus through our routine COVID-19 testing. The teammate is now in isolation and was asymptomatic and fully vaccinated at the time of the test. We are conducting contact tracing to discover any additional individuals that were exposed to this teammate. The 14-day visitation restriction in skilled nursing will restart today due to the status of this teammate. Per Texas Health and Human Services visitation is limited to only essential caregivers and end-of-life visits at this time. Closed window or televisits continue to be available.
