Positive Teammate Post date June 2, 2021 Dear residents, families and teammates, The last COVID-19 case on the PVN was in March. Presbyterian Village North’s high vaccination rate among residents, our diligence in practicing social distancing and other safety procedures played a significant role in making this happen. Vaccination rates continue to increase in our community and active coronavirus rates are declining. Yesterday, a teammate in the Transitional Rehabilitation Center (TRC) tested positive for COVID-19. This teammate did not have direct contact with any residents and they are now isolating at home. We are in the process of contact tracing and notifying any other teammates this individual had contact with. Beginning today, all teammates working in the TRC will be tested for COVID-19 every three to seven days until no new cases are reported for 14 days in accordance with state guidelines.
