Positive Residents and Teammates Post date December 27, 2021 Dear residents, families and teammates, Two skilled nursing residents and two skilled nursing teammates tested positive for COVID-19 this morning. All residents and teammates with direct contact are being tested today. Remaining residents and teammates will be tested over the next two days. As a reminder, COVID-19 cases are rising rapidly, and it is important to continue to follow CDC protocols wherever you go. This includes wearing a mask regardless of vaccination status, social distancing and washing your hands often.
