Positive Residents Post date August 30, 2021 Dear residents, families and teammates, Two independent living residents who were on an extended trip away from PVN, contracted COVID-19. Upon return, they immediately confirmed this diagnosis through our testing. They live in a private residence and have had no physical contact with any other residents or teammates. We are happy to report their symptoms are mild and we are grateful they were self-aware and sought additional testing. Please remember to follow CDC guidelines including social distancing, wearing a mask, avoiding large groups and washing hands.
