Positive Resident and Teammates Post date December 31, 2021 Dear residents, families and teammates, The following are the results of today’s COVID-19 testing:• One Transitional Rehabilitation Center (TRC) resident tested positive and was moved to Presbyterian Village North’s (PVN) COVID Unit to begin their recovery.• One TRC therapy teammate who was exposed to COVID-19 and quarantining at home is now confirmed positive.• One CNA tested positive and is now isolating at home. We will continue to test residents and teammates in all levels of care. We realize that the symptoms from the highly contagious Omicron variant may feel like a cold, but it is important to get tested as soon as you feel ill. Self-reporting your symptoms as soon as possible is for your safety, and the safety of others. In addition to this, please continue to wear a mask in public and practice social distancing.
