Positive Resident Post date November 14, 2020 November 14, 2020 Dear Residents, Families and Teammates, As a part of our regular testing, we identified two residents receiving care in the Transitional Rehab Center (TRC) that tested positive for COVID-19. These residents moved to the COVID unit to begin their recovery. Please keep them and all those recovering from the virus in your prayers. We are seeing an increase in COVID-19 cases across the metroplex. Currently the Dallas positivity rate is 11.6%. We still remain fortunate to have access to reliable testing, and even more fortunate to have a designated unit to care for those combating the virus. Some of our more recent residents testing positive for the virus were experiencing symptoms that were allergy or cold like in nature. We strongly encourage anyone experiencing any type of symptom to err on the side of caution and test for the virus.
