COVD-19 Update

July 11th, 2020

Dear Residents, Families and Teammates,

We have learned today that two additional teammates and two private duty nurses working for assisted living residents have tested positive for COVID-19. One positive teammate is a member of our dining team within the transitional rehab center who self-quarantined and has not worked since June 20. The other is a security officer who has not been at work since June 28.  Please keep these individuals in your prayers as they begin their recovery.

We have implemented a process to contact trace with each positive COVID-19 case. We will continue to test our residents and teammates as we believe early detection is a tremendous aide in limiting our exposure to the virus. Results of our testing will be communicated to residents and their designated family members as soon as they are available.

In response to an increase in cases in our area, and to continue to provide transparent communication during these uncertain times, we have scheduled a series of zoom conversations for our assisted living residents and family members.  These meetings will occur on Thursday, July 16, 2020.  Please look for the notice of these times and availability in your email.

Again, we strongly encourage everyone to wear masks, wash hands and remain socially distant. We believe it is through this continued vigilance, we can limit our exposure to COVID-19. Please contact us at pvninfo@forefrontliving.org or 214-355-9019 for additional information.
