Myrtle and Emeric Gruchalla were long-time residents of PVN and their children, Mike and Becky, have decided to honor their memory with a gift.

They are making a generous donation to name the planned 1,120-square foot pavilion that will overlook the large water feature of PVN’s Central Park. The Pavilion will be called The Myrtle and Emeric Gruchalla Pavilion. It will be designed to accommodate up to fifty people standing or twenty people seated.

The Pavilion will be an appropriate way to honor Myrtle’s memory, as it will be a place of socializing and entertaining, activities for which Myrtle was particularly gifted.
According to Heather Ashby, Residential Services Manager, “Mrs. Gruchalla was Joyce Hall’s greatest cheerleader and was always looking for ways to improve Joyce Hall and the services that we provide for the residents.”

We are grateful that her legacy will live on through this generous gift.
